Return Policy for UrbanJ Wear

At UrbanJ Wear, we're committed to providing you with high-quality urban fashion and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we've designed our return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

• The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• The return request is made within 14 days upon receipt of receiving items.
• The item is not a final sale or clearance item (unless it's defective or damaged).

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including underwear and swimwear. Final sale and clearance items are also non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your UrbanJ Wear account.
• Go to your order history and select the order containing the item you want to return.
• Click on "Initiate Return" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that the return shipping will be the responsibility of  UrbanJ Wear. We will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refund Options

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this during the return process. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and you may be responsible for any price difference or shipping costs associated with the exchange.
